{Permutations}
{Permutations} is a 3 hour durational performance installation based on the mathematical concepts of permutations and combinations; formulas for measuring the amount of different arrangements or potential different outcomes with a given set of variables.
It is an inquiry into the structure and limits of algorithmic frameworks, theatre, and repetition.
The piece additionally explores the concept of framing. It seeks to demonstrate how the way in which something is presented affects the viewers experience or interpretation. Meaning is constructed with multiple entry points – its not what is said but rather how it is said, and there is never a single objective truth.
Original concept by Isabella Leone
Created and performed by Isabella Leone, Leyla Sutherland and Lucy Earle
Presented at Art Matters Festival: Risque d'échec at Mainline Gallery, March 13th 2017

Do you miss her?
No, but I miss the sun.
You've mentioned that before.
I think about it a lot.
